Most US canned goods are maxxed out on sodium --particularly soups, Campbell's for sure.
Found these:
Healthy Choice Chicken with Rice Soup, 15 Ounce Cans, Pack of 12

>salt
Try these no salt added from Health Valley. I've seen these in grocery stores too.

It's hard to find any soup that does not have a ton of salt in it. Most of these tend to be high priced and watery but at least with no salt you can doctor them up.
Also Campbell's makes a no salt added Tomato soup.
> no salt added
> no sugar added
It takes some digging, but I can sometimes beat the "no added" items. Many times, it is the same or another major brand that just doesn't market that item much, and -if they do- it's not available locally.

That's why i posted the above. It tastes good, is priced fairly, and is not watery. (But you do not add water --eat it straight out of the can.)

The hardest to find in the US was low sugar ketchup. "Simply Heinz" isn't low enough. I tried several high$$ diabetic ketchups and they didn't taste great. I knew Heinz marketed a low-sugar ketchup in the UK but couldn't find it here. Then I found this;
Heinz Tomato Ketchup with No Sugar Added

To me, it tastes like regular ketchup.

Watch out for potassium substituted of sodium in low salt items. Potassium is restricted on some diets (dialysis, low-functioning kidneys).
>Heinz Tomato Ketchup with No Sugar Added
That is a good find.
You would think with an older population that manufacturers would get on board the low/no salt train.
