Neat system. I hadn't thought of how many utilities are in that first 600mm below ground.

There is a real beauty in the thought that went into that.  This might catch on.

I agree, it seems pretty well thought out.  This has me wondering if it would be possible to keep the batteries charging through (presumably safer) DC power going through the rails?
