Title: AgiBot robots performing autonomous box assembly for 36 hours
Post by: rcjordan on January 14, 2026, 03:21:48 PM
I couldn't find this particular vid outside bsky.

Note the long run with -supposedly- no downtime.  The dexterity is expected, I guess, but still impressive.  At this beta speed, humans are still cheaper but that won't last for long.

I guess that's a proof of concept, since it seems like a foolish use of a humanoid robot.

Down in the comments someone shows an actual old-school non-AI box assembly machine which is obviously more efficient, but of course it has to be designed and built for that one task.
