Well, you'll have to give up restaurants & prepared foods.
I've found that UPFs, salt, and artificial sweeteners are much harder to avoid than you might imagine. Condiments are a good example of how they sneak into your meals. OTOH, fiber is a pretty easy fix and might make a noticeable, quick impact on your good health --though you might need to eventually sort out your soluble vs insoluble requirements.
