I read it, then I asked Gemini for a summary, detailing what life changes I could make... seemed a good answer, (fibre, variety, no UPF's, excercise, fermented food, veg etc!)

Well, you'll have to give up restaurants & prepared foods.

I've found that UPFs, salt, and artificial sweeteners are much harder to avoid than you might imagine. Condiments are a good example of how they sneak into your meals.  OTOH, fiber is a pretty easy fix and might make a noticeable, quick impact on your good health --though you might need to eventually sort out your soluble vs insoluble requirements.
