Cool. I hadn't heard of split view, either and that's rather handy.

I wonder if this blocks yt and G search ads. I see some comments about brave no longer blocking yt ads.

I could block them with TMky until about 6 months ago. Then YT updated their guts and -afaik- nobody can block them.

I can, however, speed just the ads up to very high speeds.

I forgot about Ub. I don't use YT much at all and I've weened myself off Ub (all but a few) and replace it with TM that I control.

But some larger, popular sites seem to be switching to a React backbone and are much harder to crack.

The Brave adblock is is excellent imo.  I am using it as a YouTube app on my phone and it makes the experience much nicer.
