I saw something recently about where Ukraine had gotten the coat down to $1000 for each Russia killed. I had never thought about the strategic impact of cost/death in war.

Iran has shown that masses of relatively cheap drones can get through and cause a lot of damage. And we can't keep shoting down $20K drones with million dollar missiles that we can't replace quickly.
I hope somebody in the Pentagon is actually paying attention to this.
