That is really good!.. I like it.... To a certain extent this board is exactly that.
I can't really see what the animator is saying that's new or surprising. Pretty much everyone is motivated by money until they get enough of it to feel vaguely secure; then they seek out things that give them satisfaction / a sense of purpose.
I'd also question that Skype and Apple are trying to save the world. If that were the case then Apple would give away iPads for free and Skype wouldn't charge for credits.

Yeah nothing revolutionary, but I thought the animation was pretty cool - enough to get my interest through the whole video, which pretty much almost never happens.
Maybe it was just the visual aspect, but I feel like I have a distinctly clearer picture for how to motivate outsourced workers.
