I hate to say it, but they are looking for Americans in particular, because they think we have much more experience than the marketers in Spain in this area, so they may get some pushback.  From what I understand they are looking in Silicon Valley and NYC for people that have owned their own businesses and can start a social media team from scratch.

Whoever takes it will have their work cut out making a bank popular in this country.

My thoughts exactly - I have reservations on the whole thing, but I have a talk with them tuesday just to hear them out.  If they like me so much then maybe I should pass on this opportunity and just let them keep fishing for me while I work on my own projects.

Or maybe I can turn it into a consulting gig.  Fly me over, treat me nice - I love them long time:)

>consulting gig

Exactly.  They contacted you.  They are interested in you.  I think this could easily be a consulting gig with a local person who lived there to follow orders.  You're not making bank on your social media beer thing just yet, so this would be a nice sum to keep the bills paid until it does take off.
