Title: Network Attached TV Screen
Post by: ukgimp on January 09, 2012, 11:37:01 AM
Hello

I am trying to find out how to set up a network attached PC.

So imagine there are 6 workstations in a room and a large TV on the wall.

Like they do on the TV is it possible to get a gismo/software to allow any of the PC's to display on the large screen also. Then a bit later someone else may wish to show something and they can do this easily too? Plus play DVD's shit like that.

I have done a search on youtube and lost the will to live after 2 minutes, but this kind of thing

Win7 I suppose

Did not know it would have to be attached. I thought there might be a way of a network attached device that did the forwarding of the data?

You could connect one windows PC to the screen and then RDC (windows built in remote desktop) to the others as required.
