I knew they kept a lot of information but was a little surprised at just how much.

Tempting to go through the process and see what they do know. I see they removed the online form to request this though.

So there are days when the sheer volume of info that FB and Google have give me the chills but this was more reassuring that worrying. I went through Schram's sample and 99% is just publicly available info in your FB stream.

The only surprise for me was the data on who else logs in from a given machine, so they tie together households in that way.

- alternate emails - I've long figured this has to be true (and somewhat aggravated by it) based on friend suggestions of people who clearly should not be suggested but with whom I have had an occasional business contact.

- and then it's odd that they keep track of all the pokes you've gotten considering what a low-level interaction that is.
