I've been asked if I can source any intranet strategy documents. Has anyone got anything they can share, or can you point me in the direction of anything published?
I'm in travel, but for the purpose of this exercise, it doesn't really matter.
Jakob Nielsen over at UseIt.com sometimes has things to say about intranets. You might find some useful nuggets there.
