1) Prelude to selling an info product, how to do this.
2) Story is BS.

I think he could be the guy selling the software he refers to a couple of times. Those threads on BHW have blown up since he went public. I bet the SE Nuke etc guys are kicking themselves that they couldn't get that type of PR.
