New: Save Your Google Search Settings & Take Them With You (http://searchengineland.com/new-save-your-google-search-settings-take-them-with-you-131244)

I'm not sure what to think of this one. I'm one of those people who has multiple Google accounts, but I have turned off search history on all of them. I almost never search while signed in. Is this just another ploy to get me to sign in, search, and use search history?

Ditto, bill, I'm almost never signed in.  I don't like my search being personalized for me.

Being in Japan and primarily using the English interface I could see where this might come in handy though. I'm constantly being shuttled to the Japanese version of the site. Sometimes I do this on purpose, but it can be a hassle to get back to the English menus, etc.
