http://woordenlijst.org/
I scraped this site back in 2006... lost the data since then but it's still possible. You do need some throttle control as there are some protections in place against requesting pages too quickly. Every word has some info about plurals and other variations.
It may help to speak Dutch when dissecting that site.. let me know if you need some help.

If it could just be a list with one word (variation) per line there are other options .. ie taking them from the DICT libraries for unix or for example this list from
http://www.ntg.nl/spelling/
http://www.ntg.nl/spelling/latin1/woorden.max (222.872 words)

Welcome. Just realized I know about another source for a large list:
http://www.opentaal.org/bestanden/doc_download/18-woordenlijst-v-210g-bronbestanden-

(click "Ik ga akkoord" and hit the button "Klik hier om verder te gaan", to agree to the BSD/Creative Commons license and proceed to download).

Combining those .txt files will get you more the 320.000 words (includes plurals, variations).
