I've been using legalzoom.com lately to incorporate a new business, set up corporate taxes, handle business licenses, do a patent search, etc. They essentially are just a reseller of services, but for the money, the services they arrange for you are of good value, overall.
I'd recommend them.
I tried to promote them some years back, they didn't convert well. :P
Convert clicks to sales? or views to clicks? Just curious, because I have to say, I've always liked that targeting 'ignorant' people because they typically convert BETTER than trying to sell something to an educated 'intelligent' buyer; in the case of the ignorant buyer its possible to convince them to purchase things based on consumer confidence alone.
But as a consumer, I like dealing 1.) with LegalZoom and 2.) their service providers. Everything is geared to the startup and easily consumable. I really like the corporate tax group they hooked me up with - they taught me more than I learned in 20 years of having a CPA. I get back the patent search today from their IP service providers, so I'm crossing my fingers on a few levels.
Anyway, this is a company to keep in mind if you are looking to pursue something that requires a little more legal assistance than the usual hot dog stand model.

Ok, after going through this, I'm convinced...
;)
It was clicks to sales. Nothing against their product, just the numbers didn't work.
