Whenever I search for news on the iPod 5th generation, Google keeps giving me stories on the iPhone instead:
http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&cr=countryUK|countryGB&biw=1600&bih=750&tbs=ctr%3AcountryUK|countryGB&q=ipod+release+date&oq=ipod+release+date&gs_l=serp.3..0i7l9j0.50678.50844.0.51131.2.2.0.0.0.0.103.202.1j1.2.0.les%3B..0.0...1c.1.odnHP7u_DJg
Think that pretty much sums Google up at present.
Bing, meanwhile, seems to know the difference:
http://www.bing.com/search?q=ipod+release+date&qs=n&form=QBLH&filt=all&pq=ipod+release+date&sc=1-16&sp=-1&sk=
That's a coincidence.
Was looking last night for info on the itouch 2nd gen because I could get one for £50. As xmas is coming I need something for the kids to get them off my phone and the misses.
Anyway, I did notice the iphone5 kept coming up. It was very annoying and in the end I went to Bing and found the info I wanted... which was don't bother
