Title: Review site listing?
Post by: Gurtie on October 11, 2012, 09:15:01 AM
does anyone have a large list of general review websites and services? I'm not looking for niche sites at this point, I just want to create a comparison of general review sites (feefo, Yelp, Bazaarvoice, ReviewCentre, Google reviews etc) which may (or may not) feed into star ratings allocated by Google, and create a spreadsheet of costs, positives and negatives against them as a starting point for our Account Managers when discussing review services with clients.

UK focus but I can easily remove any US specific ones

Yes I can put it together myself, but I thought I'd try the lazy approach first!

Seems we are all struggling to find a list Gurtie. Sorry.

I went through the process at the beginning of the year, but was interested in price, and where the stars appeared largely I think.  At the time feefo won.  I bet the whole landscape is moving very fast.

No list, but I've spoken to Trustpilot before who told me they have a "special relationship" with Google who use their reviews. Whether it's a formal agreement or just sales spiel I don't know. Unlike a lot of sites though they do allow you to have verified reviews based on order ID/customer emails you provide them with (a paid service).

if anyone's looking for a lots of functionality paid version have a look at bazaarvoice too.

Cheers guys. I'll set it as a friday job for someone. We do have some lists to start with but there are lots of options which don't feed directly into google but we could tag up to get the stars etc, so I want to cover off the full gamut.....

Thx Gurtie. Will have a look.  Also reminded me to put my feefo feed into Facebook.
