Yes, thanks, I learn a lot from that.  A lot resonates with how I want to be.

He just rattles them off doesn't he?

don't waste time watching sport, drinking wastes the next day, TV is mostly mindless.

On a personal note, I really think he should wear a Suit :)

I read about 80% of it as that seemed to be around the optimum for efficiency and time management ;)

He sounds like a well-oiled machine... nothing wrong with that. Though surely you have to have like-minded people around to avoid that dreaded wastage.

I can confirm re: driver, saves me a ton of time, I get shitloads of work done in the car
