I read about 80% of it as that seemed to be around the optimum for efficiency and time management ;)
He sounds like a well-oiled machine... nothing wrong with that. Though surely you have to have like-minded people around to avoid that dreaded wastage.

I already practice most of that, but the driver and the jet are getting pricey :-)
