Title: VOIP suggestions
Post by: Rooftop on January 17, 2013, 02:46:49 PM
I've got a chap who's going to be doing some telesales for me based from home.  I don't want to rack up a massive bill on his domestic line , but also want to have a decently level of call quality as no one likes a crappy voip call.

He'll be making outgoing calls to landlines and ideally also have an incoming number.   Anyone have any suggestions?

Cheers for that Chunkford.  Signed up with them, have some hardware and a couple of lines.  Really impressed so far.

I like the last one for those persistence cold callers who don''t get the message.

I'm also trying to get a 'cheat sheet' made up for all the little extras they offer.
Will post a link when I get it.
