Cambria Suites in Morrisville (RDU Airport area) looks good. Know someone who works in the Research Triangle Park talked about this one as an option for their incoming corporate visitors. It has suites with a living room with microwave and refrigerator (beer) for $95 to $129 per night. Prices on Thursday nite are higher than the rest of the weekend. Shuttle to and from RDU.

Can get together in a suite to visit if only 6-8 people and MUCH cheaper. However, there's nothing else there without traveling by car.
