I have to admit I'm only about 1/4 of the way through, but I really like my little paper one, so far. If you were going to go backpacking, and it was your first big trip, it would be worth it's weight. If you spend time outside, on the other hand, I think you would know pretty much 75% of this stuff, so it's more of curiosity, than anything else.  For example, how to handle seal meat - I found that interesting. I have no experience with seals, and it's hard to imagine being in a situation where I need to eat one:) But hey, you never know, right? #alwaysprepared

I was thinking it was for a convention of some sort seeing as how we have some many acronyms for these events.
