If you haven't seen it yet, Facebook have rolled out a new version of insights. Big improvement. It still isn't as in depth as we'd probably all like to see, but what is there is a marked improvement. Easy access to a few pretty actionable bits: engagement by post type, when fans are online, at a glance performance of all posts. Sortable too, which is helpful. Not played with the export data yet.
I just saw that. Anything's better than the previous interface.
I'm going to use the schedule data to make some posts at peak online times for my audience...as I was way off the mark apparently. ;)
