does anyone else have verified accounts yet still wait months for them to update things - like a change of address?
Drives me nutty - I get a quicker response by going in as a general user and suggesting an update than using the verified account. They were always slow but its been more than 8 months for 1 update and I don't know whether to keep going in and saving minor changes to get back in someones queue somewhere, or to leave it and hope I eventually reach the top of a seemingly random review list!
