I've been playing around with the site builder at wix, and despite a few hangups, I have to say it's really quite nice. It handles more like Illustrator, in that you kinda arrange your elements.
The templates were particularly nice, I thought, although if you need a store, be warned no merchant account integration, just PayPal (DIAF), basically. I hate the pay as you go thing, but overall, I like the finished product.
I have been seeing good things from Weebly.com. They recently added an ecommerce feature that looks fairly basic and integrates with most payment processors.
I've steered so many people away from Wix and have had to redo so many websites that were on WIX because they weren't found in any search engine anywhere...

All the time since this thread started I've been trying to remember why I did not use it for parasite hosting - well now I remember, this is precisely the reason.
