there was a punchup at our local Asda.

If Bezos calls me and tells me he's set aside a special BFri deal for me on Prime, I might do it. Otherwise, no way.

Aside: My then-young family almost got trampled at the gate of an exhibit hall at a World Expo.  I had read about soccer tramplings and got alarmed at the surrounding pressure from the crowd, so we wedged our way over to a wall and braced, putting the little kids next to the wall and shielding them.  Damn, it was like being caught in a rip-tide!  Scary stuff.

You obviously don't shop at Asda Gurtie. There are always punch ups.   Last time I was there I heard a mother threaten her daughter (roughly 8 years old) with a "punch in the throat" if she didn't behave.
