Title: Google Cache URL/Hash
Post by: BoL on December 16, 2013, 08:52:13 PM
I'm fairly positive this has been done (maybe 4-5 years ago) but can't be sure.

Is there some public source code that can generate the cache 'hash' in Google's search results? The hash is on a per URL basis.

https://www.google.ca/search?q=life
#1 is life.time.com/
cache url http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:nYshChJh_o0J:life.time.com/+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=ca

looks like i was wrong and it's a database key rather than some kind of one way hash. ah well...
