*which based on my brother's experience, results eventually in broken bones that reduce annual exercise totals
>*
Well, I am not out there trying to do tricks, I'm just cruising around in a relatively flat parking lot with my kids. Hopefully, that lowers the probability some.
My brother, who used to hurl himself off 70-meter ski jumps, was fooling around in the driveway with the boys. He fell, broke his wrist, which was okay. He also went unconscious for 2 minutes or something. He was laughing about it when he told me about it and his wife broke in with "Yeah, you think it's funny, but you were unconscious when Daniel asked 'Mommy, is daddy going to die.'"
So it's sort of a matter of family lore now.

Week 5 4/4
Been sick the past week or so, not many sessions.
Week 5 - 2/5
I've lost track... I'll have to look at my Strava logs, but I've been exercising more than usual. Last week it was like...
Sunday, climbing
Monday, 26 miles on my mt bike
Tues rest
Wed pushups, pullups, a couple miles run
Thurs a "hard" 7-mile run (some miles sub 6:30... downhill)... after I got home friend called
Fri climbing on El Cap
Sat rest
Sunday easy climb, but over 2000 feet of vertical
Monday, hard 9-mile bike ride that left me 53 seconds shy of the "record" on that trail. Would have gotten it if not for two downed trees I had to carry around.
Tues rest
Today, already 1 hr on the bike and some pullups and pushups. Hope to do more before dark.
I guest that means 5x last week... starting to feel just a little fitter
Wow Ergophobe, you make me feel positively sedentary.
I've been more sore than usual!
Week 6 - 3/4 but a lot of food around Easter.
Week 6 - 4/4
Still sick last week, but I did make it to the last indoor vball season tournament Thurs evening. (we won)
1/5, not back on the horse yet, but should be this week.
Week 5: 1/3 Damn Heartbleed maintenance....<grrrrr>
Week 6: 3/3
Week 7 - 4/4
Not doing very good at keeping track these days.... but yesterday I did ride 50 miles on a mountain bike that a friend fished out of the garbage for me. I was worried, but it held up like a champ aside from a few shifting issues.
Week 7 - 4/4.
Practiced American Football with a group of friends on Saturday. Phew, that's a tough game to master.. and play! but very funny.
Week 8 - 2/4
slacking off..
Week 8 - 4/4

I did hit the gym this am though, first time in 3 weeks.
Week 9 - 3/4
Bad week, got sick and thought I'd get better by the end of the week, and ended up getting sicker as the week went on.

Week 10 - 1/4
Busy week and too much laziness.
Back on the horse this week.
3/5
got lazy last week and was too busy working on the boat all weekend to catch up, though that is exercise in itself.
Wow last week for this round -- it sure went by fast!
Week 10 4/4
Hiked 26.6 miles on Monday, with about 4,000 feet of elevation gain... managed a run and couple of bike rides earlier in the week (my "week" is really Tuesday - Monday since my wife is on a Tues-Sat work schedule).
Last weekend did a pretty good bike ride, but also climbed Grizzly Peak, which I've wanted to do for ages. A full, hard day of scrambling, climbing, thrashing in the manzanita and hiking down.
It's the season for outdoor adventures!
Jeeze what week is it? A week holiday sailing in the med has left me with 4/4.....
4 swims of between 1 and 1.5 km each. not fast.
I think this round s over judging from the dates we posted for it. Anything for this week should go in the new round.
