Yeah, it is a good lecture, but it is not going to put you in a good mood though.  It is a familiar theme here in the Core.  I do disagree with the speaker though on his dismissal of open source, I believe it has a more than negligible positive effect.

First we were told we were getting surveilled because we were using the product for free. Now we have to pay to be surveilled? --bsky
