It's only $20/year, but does it actually do anything?

Its the same company and being added to the email reg org list doesn't deliver removal from the Barracuda list - http://www.emailreg.org/index.cgi?p=news&id=4
Thanks!
I suspected they were the same, but didn't know about the reputation. I usually do a "scam" and a "sucks" search before asking, but gave them a pass since their ads are plastered all over airports and public radio (Barracuda Central is the RBL updates service maintained by Barracuda firewalls and such - at least Barracuda firewalls are set to update via updates.barracuda.com).
Since they charge close to $100,000 for the email spam firewall unit ($90K for the Barracuda Spam Firewall 1000) and over $30,000 per year for updates... I wouldn't have thought that $20/domain would be worth it to them.
Another complaint...

The RBLs that's matter.

Thanks again. I use MXtoolbox a fair bit to test setups, but never noticed their RBL list
