They are in the e-cig niche so very competitive and i get the sentiment, but not the way to go about things!
Sometimes I wonder if it's a test of some sort or cluelessness. In the majority of cases, it's the latter. But since I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, I usually try to at least entertain the former.
A customer sent me an email yesterday asking when it would get dark in April because, you know, the sun works in totally different ways on different parts of the planet.
Many customers write ans ask what the whether will be next November.
And then many, many, ignore the availability calendar right above the email link and send a message saying "are you available on Aug 22"?
I wonder, when they book a flight, do they send an email to the airline to ask if it will dark when the plane lands, what the weather will be and are there any flights on Aug 22?
