Maybe it's worthwhile to check a few domains on an IP range when buying hosting.
I'd have thought their manual action count would be higher, nonetheless it's an impressive number. Hard what to make of it since we don't know what gets put in front of the reviewer.
I feel like that's old. I've definitely seen the manual action graph before and notice that none of the dates are after 2012.

Just had this thought last week, since all IPs aren't equal seo-wise.

Just scrolled through a couple this morning, third one was dated May 3, 2015.

Right you are! I didn't scroll long enough - many have no date, so the only context were the news articles and charts lower down which are all 2012 or older.
Scrolled a few times and yes, got 2015 dates on some of the deletions. Interesting
