They don't seem to be fracking related.
The one in Michigan was fairly nearby, but I never felt a thing.
Could be that these small quakes happen all the time and don't make it past the local or regional news if they get mentioned at all. But with all the coverage of the quake in Nepal, anything quake related is getting bumped up to the national wires.

Yeah, that was one that made the reader. San Fran, too. And we have that underwater eruption off the Oregon coast going on.
