Old 4-6 kw Onan generators out of RVs (caravans) only require 1800 rpm which could be achieved pretty easily using waterwheels and junkyard auto gearboxes. Unfortunately, the Netherlands are "hilly" when compared to where I live.
When i get bored I dream by browsing on RightMove. My current favourite is a property with a lot of water running through and a weir.....
