completely sexist... both ways.. but I also don't think it would work.. at least not in the West.

However, in case I am wrong, please feel free to send the girls round to cheer BoL and me on, and we'll let you know ;)

Studies show that if you try to keep all else the same in an exercise physiology lab test and change only the gender of the person running the test, men lift more and run faster if the investigator is female.

Whether they get more efficient at programming is open for debate....
