I'm seeing purchases that are all over the place in terms of likely single shopping sessions. It's hard to imagine how anyone could get from engine parts to 'Bulk Herbs: Lavender Flower' in one cart. One thought is that mobile shoppers with 'always-on' Amz apps are picking up the aff cookie and taking it for a long ride.
24 hours unless it's changed. Pretty common on amazon to get those random purchases though.
Yes, I'm pretty sure it's still 24 hours.
I've seen some pretty strange matches too. Amazon is a conversion machine. Once they get someone on their site, there's a decent chance that person will buy something.
A person is half-heartedly shopping for a part for a repair he doesn't want to do and he's putting off shopping for a little birthday gift for his wife. Clicks through on an engine part, ends up on the home page, sees there some Lavendar Whatever thing on sale for spring and next thing you know instead of brake shoes he has the Lavendar Whatever coming for his wife (to be very sexist but probably essentially correct on the gender roles here).
>probably essentially correct

[every time I look at that, which I rarely do, I think I should revive that site from it's mostly dead state - the most expensive thing linked is $25 and only one page has links to my knowledge, but someone this week bought $287 worth of portable solar charging equipment. Amazon is amazing]
2 of these yesterday at $324 ea. from some sites about antique motorhomes
