WSJ is throwing up a pay wall, but if you come in from Google it will let you in for free. (https://www.google.com/#q=http:%2F%2Fwww.wsj.com%2Farticles%2Fstaples-finds-new-use-for-its-stores-office-space-1459742565)  The place I work at in SF has a huge with a lot of tables right next to a coffee shop, there are people who work there all day, even have meetings there without paying any rent.  I wonder how many other places there are in big cities like this were people could use spaces for free?  I see people doing the same type of thing in libraries too.
