I'll add farmer to the list.
There are farmers who look for land to farm. Many landowners don't live anywhere near the land they own because it was passed down to them from older relatives, and they need someone to work the ground.
I've had several people ask me to make web sites for them to make it easier to advertise themselves when they look for land to work.
Locksmiths, towing services
Restaurants can be tough because that's more location based, but can be a good fit.
Lawyers can be good depending on their specialty. Real estate is minimal due to being 95% referral based, by the realtor or mortgage lender. DUI is great though b/c no one wants to ask for those referrals.
Plumber, pc repair, locksmith, towing all great. Any type of service area business usually works very well and there are quite a few.
