Title: Google and Firefox Implement Insecure Warning...
Post by: JasonD on January 27, 2017, 05:07:03 PM
Both Chrome and Firefox have pushed out updates that show Not Secure warnings if a page is not served over SSL and has a password field on it.

By way of example only, here is how th3Core looked to me on Chrome 56 Ubuntu.

Moved a site last week... for simple sites, it's usually a simple process. There's always a couple of mixed mode issues, and then done.

I also just learned that Jason is not a practitioner of Inbox Zero

Worst damn idea in the world IMO.

I read important emails as they come in / first chance I get and deal with them right away. The rest of the dross, informational etc stays there, I read when I want to, and I use the Gmail / G Apps excellent search interface to find stuff. I think of my email system as my primary filing cabinet.

I've worked that way since Gmail came into being and it's pretty much worked for me ever since :)
