Title: Ebook sales falling paper on rise.

On Amazon, the last few books I have bought have had the new paper versions significantly cheaper than the ebook versions and with Prime I get free shipping on the paper book.  Throw in used books and the price difference is even higher. EBooks were supposed to keep costs down, but if the ebook version is $12 and the paperback is $9 I'm smelling a rat.

EBooks seem very high priced.

The bargains in eBooks are with the old out of copyright books.  I just got the complete HP Lovecraft for .99 cents.  But a few years ago you could find public domain book on Amazon for free.  I think these have been quietly dropped and .99 cents is as low as they go.

I just got a bunch of John Muir books for free on Amazon. What I've found is they've made free content really hard to search for and are more and more defining "free" as "available via Kindle Unlimited"
