The top ad in local map packs is now showing here but inconsistently.
Any tips for making your ad display there regularly? (Assuming location extension and other standard setup is correct already.)

It's slowly being introduced. Mostly on mobile first and creeping onto desktop now.
No real answer, it seems they're just creeping it in over time.
Dras, I haven't seen this yet. Are they putting the ad in addition to the top three or are they replacing on of the top spots with the ad?

Look for dui atty, plastic surgeon and other high end niches to find them more easily.
