Fried bread and saute potatoes.
A few more mushrooms wouldn't go a miss either.

While on a Redneck Tour of the Carolina coast long ago, I told NFFC that he'd see a lot of locale names he'd recognize from the midlands & England --Beaufort, Albemarle, Hyde, Craven, Carteret, etc.  When I went to England, I found their breakfast to be oddly familiar to what my family considered a real country breakfast just substitute grits (or hominy) for the baked beans and ditch the grilled tomato (which I *really* like, btw).

That looks pretty damn delicious to me.  I would hold off on the sweet beans though.

I'll eat the black pudding if it's served as a side, but I wouldn't order it by choice.
