The article is careless with wording in a few places, including the URL.

There's a HUGE difference between providing for 99% of the electrical needs vs providing for 99% of the energy needs.

Yeah. I was doubtful of the domain/source but the general reporting in the article seemed sound. Maybe some of the eurotrash can debunk or confirm.
