The formula for delicious = salt + fat + sugar = delicious

But salt + sugar are not so yummy.

Tell people fat is bad and savory snack declines in favor of "Lo" versions than have tons of sugar.

Tell people, "you know, maybe we were wrong about fat, but sugar is definitely bad" and the food scientists trying to develop addictive food that you binge on are left with salt + fat = delicious
