Do they exist now. The dualphone is not supported.

I kind of need one.

Can't you just use a bluetooth headset with your cell phone or laptop?

Sorry, I misunderstood the question.  You want a dedicated wireless skype phone.  Why wouldn't you just use skype on your cell?

Seems like it should be easy.

Did not want to buy Skype credits too as well as Skype out number.

Not sure what you are exactly wanting to do, but check out cordless phones from Panasonic with link2cell. Works well.

Never heard of link2cell :-)

I have a femtocell booster at home though.

What I want to do is get my skype out landline number and have it arrive a handset that is not dependant on having a PC.

I could get skype number and pay for redirect to my cell or landline. But I was being cheap. Also it would mean I knew if the batphone rang it was 100% from that skype number.

I'm sure I'm making this hard.

Funny, just last week i was looking into making a wireless mobile phone that only needed net access, no cell-towers, contracts etc.
Doing the research i found that nothing really fits the bill, mostly linked to DECT systems etc, and the Cisco handsets start at around $300 and go WAY up.

Could be a good market if you can prototype such devices.
