Not Sonic, but likely true there, too. And don't forget about Chick-Fil-A. Interesting article on consumer profiling.

JIF Peanut Butter is a surprise there. I could see products that are primarily Southern (something like Duke's Mayonnaise) would tend towards conservative but I would have figured JIF was popular across the country. Most of the others make sense.
I wonder what those numbers would look like for Moon Pies or grits.

YEP a Liberal
BEtter, longer version of the article with lots more stuff

Best predictors you're white? You're in favor of the police beating people and you own a gun.
If you bought a novel and don't like ranch dressing, you're a liberal. I would use the phrase "disgusted by ranch dressing" to describe my tastes and, yes, I'm what most people would call a liberal (though honestly, I think the terms liberal and conservatives are almost meaningless at this point).
I noticed that Sonic is in the Post article as a Liberal Vs. Conservative divide. Conservatives generally eat more junk according to that data.
What we need is a pizza index. Liberal to conservative by where they order pizza from or lib. to conserv. buy what they put on their pizza.
Liberal toppings = quinoa, tofu, etc.
Conservative = meat with extra meat
>>> Conservative = meat with extra meat

What we need is a pizza index.
This will be skewed by the fact that being gluten free probably tracks very closely with being liberal.
Then again, where do paleos and ketos fall? They won't eat pizza either. Not even gluten-free pizza
Add AirBnB in the algo?

I think the keto/Paleo/natural food movement might throw a wrench in that meat index.
Yeah, 'keto' screams liberal commie bastard.
