I have the ETX125 from Meade - very happy with it and it provided some crystal clear images of the blood moon here in Cape Town

Yes i have envy too, my current one is 70mm celestron travelscope.

I love the Dobsonian mount, just no practical room for one at the moment

Is the computerized/motorized tracking worth it? My frustration with locating objects smaller than the moon would make it seem to be worth the expense.
