Of all the sites where I would consider turning off my ad blockers...
For situations like this where I have to turn off an ad blocker in order to get actual work done, I open an incognito window, do my work, close the window. It's a slight friction since you have to log in every time, but if you approve your password manager to run in incognito windows, it's low friction.
