Title: Thermal Cameras - looking for info
Post by: buckworks on December 27, 2018, 08:28:46 PM
I'm looking for info and ideas about thermal cameras, for possible use in a remodelling project.

Any thoughts? Cautions, concerns, recommendations?

No, wanting to identify areas of heat loss throughout the building envelope.

We have c-c-c-cold winters here in Manitoba and beefing up insulation is usually a very productive investment.

That is a magazine-quality review!

I had already discovered the Flir: https://www.flir.com/products/c3/ so it's great to have a less expensive option to consider.

Can you just insulate the entire outside of the building.
