Recently bought something from Wayfair and their customer service was pretty incredible (phone call after deliver notification to ask whether it was broken and so forth).
From an investment point, I always feel like once you see an article like this, you've missed the boat
As a side note, Wayfair use to sell on Amazon, but it looks like they've stopped over a year ago.
