Register1 are great, and is £25 + VAT per year for the basic package. The support is only by email, but is the fastest I've ever received from a host. The only downside is that they are *very* quick to suspend your account if you forget to renew after 12 months.

And this is exactly why I don't use it, either! (Apart from the fact I don't use Windows

Of course, the good news is that IE market share is falling at the expense of Chrome (and Firefox to a lesser extent). I'm so looking forward to the day I don't need to use IE at all.
